The best value on the site for a genuine three-winery tasting, and the shortest — three hours rather than four or five, because the transfers are tighter and there is no sunset stop to wait for.

You get a full 45 minutes at each estate, which is longer than several tours costing considerably more, and it includes a proper cellar tour at each rather than just a pour.

The two departures visit different cellars. The 11:40 morning run goes to Roussos, Koutsoyannopoulos and Venetsanos; the 15:40 afternoon run goes to Venetsanos, Roussos and Aroma Avlis. Koutsoyannopoulos is the island's wine museum, cut into a cave, and Venetsanos is the cliff-top winery above Athinios port — built in 1947 as Santorini's first industrial winery and laid out over four gravity-fed levels.

The spread is deliberate: you see a traditional cellar, a museum and a modern estate in one afternoon, which is a better introduction to how the island's winemaking changed than three similar boutique producers would be.

If your hotel sits in a pedestrian-only lane — common in Oia and Imerovigli — you will be asked to walk to the nearest car-accessible corner. Morning departures leave around 11:40, afternoon around 15:40.
